Facilitator / Trainer / Coach

I want to see Christian communities flourish as they follow Jesus into the world. Experience shows me that the communal discernment of God's leading in a missional community needs the support of various learning practices. I aim to help communities develop competence in such practices through facilitation, workshops and leadership coaching.

I have incorporated communal discernment practices in a wide range of settings, including congregations, higher education institutions and ministry organizations.

I graduated from Tyndale Seminary with a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) degree in 2012. My research focused on interweaving communal discernment practices and strategic planning efforts with a ministry organization, a higher educational institution and a medium-sized congregation (click here to download my thesis).
